Jessie Raines, 64 of Graceville passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016 at his residence. Jessie was born in Dothan, AL on January 9, 1952 to the late Dumus Raines and Sarah Frances Cooper Raines. Jessie worked in construction and was one of the best drywall contractors in the tri-county area. Survived by one daughter Jessica Raines, Marianna, FL; three grandchildren Alissa, Jonathan, Memphis and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home.
