Larry Carnley, 50 of Graceville passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center following a sudden illness. Larry was a native and life long resident of Graceville. Larry loved his family dearly, he was lovingly called "Dad" to all who knew him. He was a roofer and a junk-man. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday at Faith Assembly of God Church with Mike Cameron and Rev. Charles Carlton officiating. Burial will follow in Church Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing. Preceded in death by his father Hughlon Carnley. He is survived by his wife Margie Faulk Carnley, mother Evelyn Carnley, two daughters Evelyn Carnley, Bridget Carnley; five brothers Roger Carnley, Bruce Carnley, Daniel Carnley and wife Debbie, Jack Carnley, Roy Carnley; three sisters Mary "Sis" Hilty and husband Lee, Gloria Barfield and husband Olen, Charlotte Benton and husband Mike; six grandchildren Dustin, Hunter, Karmyn, Jamal, Ernest, Jeremiah; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
